I live in Rio, Wisconsin on a small farm, where I currently have eight horses, four dogs, five chickens, two goats and a handful of barn cats. In the appropriate season, I maintain a very productive garden, and love to be outside whether it is working with the horses, playing with the dogs or doing stuff in the garden.

I am an active member of the Humane Society and I foster dogs when there is a need and help place them in a forever home. Click here for some foster dog success stories. I do volunteer activities with them, such as helping with the Low Cost Spay/Neuter program.  In fact, I donate $1 for EACH item purchased off of my website to the Dodge County Humane Society to help the animals.

I became an independent distributor of natural wax candles and gourmet products in 2007.  I have really grown to enjoy the products and people I have met at the different craft and vendor shows. In 2008, I expanded my product line to include more choices in electric simmer pots and outlet plug-in warmers, as well as more simmer wax manufacturers. My products have really taken off and there is a huge interest for these quality items. They are a great flameless alternative.  I will soon be offering lotions and skin care products, so check back often to see new products. I am also a mortgage loan originator with At Home Mortgage, LLC and I have an office located in Columbus, Wisconsin. Since 2002, I have been helping people reach their dreams of home ownership. I really enjoy working with first time buyers and helping them through the sometimes confusing process of financing their first home. I also work with others on refinancing, whether it is just to obtain a lower interest rate, consolidate their debt or make home improvements. 

I have always been interested in photography, and I purchased a SLR digital camera. I love taking photos of flowers, animals, people, you name it! I sell matted prints in 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10. One of my photos is also in the Equity Livestock 2009 Country Windmill calendar as the result of a contest entry. I am available to travel to location to take pictures, kids, family, engagement, senior pictures, or even of your dog, horse or other animals. During the filming of Public Enemies, I had the opportunity to photograph Johnny Depp and the set. The movie is set to be released in July 2009.
